This time we present a recipe that could well be offered in the bars of the typical pinchos bar, perfect to take with a wine or similar and accompanied by friends.
To prepare it we will need:

We crumble the package of organic vegetable biomorcilla from Ahimsa.

Soak bread crumbs with vegetable milk and mix it until it forms a dough. We put the black pudding mixture to the point of salt.

We stuff the piquillo peppers.

We let them roast for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
We place the stuffed and roasted peppers on top of a slice of toasted bread and are covered with homemade tomato sauce with a little tabasco or some similar spicy sauce and a piece of fried green pepper.

And we already have this skewer ready that looks great, right? Our organic vegetable morcilla is one of the most popular products in our vegetable deli sausage catalog.
