For the preparation of this recipe we will need the following ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of walnuts.
  • 4 tablespoons of raisins.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 2 chopped onions.
  • 500 ml of vegetable cream.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 2 Ecological Ahimsa vegetable burgers, of the variety that we like the most.

    For the preparation of this recipe we will need the following ingredients:

    First of all, fry the onion with the oil until it is transparent, then add the raisins and pine nuts to continue frying. An optional proposal at this time is to add a splash (about 25 ml) of brandy and reduce it until almost all the liquid disappears, to taste!

    We pour the cream and season. We cook everything until it thickens and then we pass it through the mixer.
